Dina M. Mumford, County Treasurer The County Treasurer, as the investment officer for the County, is responsible to receive, disburse, and manage all monies belonging to Outagamie County. The Treasurer also collects property taxes and maintains delinquent real estate tax records. To provide the necessary services to all Outagamie County municipalities enabling each unit to receive up-to-date maps, prepared real and personal property assessment rolls and to provide assistance with the collection of taxes. |
