The mission of the Financial Services Department - Purchasing Division is to coordinate the purchasing of more than $25 million in goods, services and construction projects each year. This is accomplished through a comprehensive system of specifications and competitive bidding procedures that assure that Outagamie County receives the best possible quality goods and services at the lowest possible cost that comply with specifications, terms and conditions. Outagamie County is constantly seeking new sources of suppliers and welcomes all participation in these efforts.
