Mission Statement

The Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) serving Calumet, Outagamie and Waupaca counties offers adults, families, and the community a single point of contact for information and assistance plus individualized service planning to enhance self-sufficiency and quality of life.

Outagamie, Calumet and Waupaca counties joined together as a consortium and opened branch offices in each county on July 3, 2006.  Visit www.yourADRCresource.org
