Health and Human Services Aging and Long Term Support

The mission of the Aging and Long-Term Support Division is to provide protective services to individuals who are unable to care for themselves; to assist individuals to maximize their level of functioning and independence in the least-restrictive environment necessary to meet the individual's needs; to provide services that promote community integration and participation of our consumer and the community as a whole.

The Aging and Long-Term Support Division consists of the following units:
