Health and Human Services Developmental Disabilities Services Unit

The mission of the Developmental Disabilities Services Unit is to provide intake, assessment, case planning, ongoing coordination, and case coordination services to individuals with developmental disabilities.  In addition, housing, vocational training, transportation, respite care services, and Family Support Program services, along with other ancillary services are purchased and monitored through this unit.  Funding sources administered by this unit include CIP 1A and CIP 1B.  The unit serves individuals with a developmental disability diagnosis who meet the functional screen, and are Outagamie County residents regardless of age.
