The Fiscal Unit provides supportive services to all program areas of the department. These services include, but are not limited to:

· Receipting

· State reporting and reconciliation

· Accounts receivable

· Accounts payable

· Client fee setting

· Authorization processing

· Contract and amendment processing and monitoring

· Service rate setting

· Representative payee functions
