Land Records Modernization

The Outagamie County Land Records Program is a program designed to modernize County land information.  In the last several years, this program has been involved in resurveying the County public land survey system, creating digital parcel maps, obtaining digital ortho photos and maps from state and federal sources, creating a digital imaging system for deeds and other land related documents and creating a centralized computer network for storing and accessing this data.  The program plans to convert County maps to digital format, link this information together and provide internet access to large portions of it.
