REFERRALS TO OTHER COMMUNITY RESOURCES

  • Outagamie County Early Intervention Program - Birth to 3
The first years of a child's life are the most important.  Young children learn and develop differently.  One baby may walk earlier than another, while another baby might talk first.  Often these differences will even out, but some children need extra help.  For these infants and toddlers, Early Intervention can make a difference.
