The Outagamie County Sheriff's Department is proud to be a part of the National G.R.E.A.T. Program.  We have shared important life lessons about gangs, violence, drugs, good decision-making and other life skills with over 8,400 elementary and middle school children in our communities.  Our deputies developed a modified middle school component that is taught in our secure detention facility, the first of its kind in the nation.  We believe the G.R.E.A.T. Program makes a lasting impression on youth in our county, and gives them the tools needed to avoid criminal activity in their lives.

We wish to again thank the school districts we have partnered with over the last 12 years for helping us make our G.R.E.A.T. program a regionally and nationally recognized success, and their commitment to the future of G.R.E.A.T. in Outagamie County.
